In-Home Design Consultation

*All design services begin with an In-Home Design Consultation. Fee for design consultation is separately priced from any additional design services rendered and will not go towards any service.*

The first step is to schedule a Design Discovery Session (if you have not done so already).

Follow these Simple Steps to Book your Consultation:

  1. Purchase this package (after Design Discovery Session)
  2. Schedule your consultation (we will schedule after you purchase the package)
  3. Complete Questionnaire
  4. Gather a few inspiration images and/or invite us to view your Pinterest board or Houzz Idea Book
  5. Discuss level of investment with all decision-makers involved
  6. GET EXCITED!


What to Expect from the Initial Consult:

  • You'll get up to two (2) hours at your home to discuss the space(s) you're having challenges with. Sometimes it's helpful to walk the entire home, other times it's most beneficial to discuss only the main spaces you need help with.
  • This consultation should benefit you as much as possible, so if that means offering design advice, need help selecting the right colors, or showing us how you live in the space, we can work on whatever works best for you. We will also determine and discuss what design service we feel will best fit your design needs.
  • If applicable, we will bring samples of materials, finishes, and colors based on your specific design needs.
  • Round-trip travel time is included in consultation fee.
  • We will email you a PDF Summary of Recommendations for you to reference and implement on your own if you choose to do so.


How to Prepare for the Initial Consultation to Maximize Value:

  • Please ensure you complete the design quesionnaire at least 48 hours prior to the consultation.
  • Provide us access to your Pinterest Board or Houzz Idea Book if you have one set up. This will give us a general idea on what inspires you and styles you're drawn to.
  • If you feel you want us to see your space(s) prior to the consultation, you may upload no more than five (5) photos and/or videos of your space; however, it's not required.
  • If applicable, please have an idea of your level of investment for this project BEFORE I arrive. If you're not completely certain, that's okay. It's best to know approximately how much time, energy and money you think you'd like to invest into this project so that I can determine which design service would be best for you.

FAQ
1. Can I use this for multiple rooms?
Yes, you can use this for multiple rooms; however, I recommend sticking to the specific spaces you need help with (one or two), so it doesn't get overwhelming. We don't want to try and jam pack too much in only two hours...it goes by faster than you think!
2. What if I need more time?
We understand! Time flies so if you know you'll need more time, we're happy to go over our design service options with you.
3. Can I reschedule my time?
Yes you can! There is no fee for rescheduling.
4. Is the consultation fee refundable?
If you cancel less than 48 hours of the consultation, there will be a $150 cancellation fee.
